冯康，中共党员，山东省济南市经十一路小学教导处副主任、音乐教师。

作为一位有着15年党龄、12年教龄的青年骨干教师，冯康老师现担任学校教导处副主任。2008年从教以来，始终热爱自己的工作岗位，热衷于教育事业，对自己高标准、严要求、对待教育教学工作精益求精。在学校 “创造无限 大爱无边”办学理念的引领下，擅长科技创新的冯老师2009年起便积极主动地参与学生各项科技创新活动的辅导工作。多年来致力于青少年科技创新工作的普及与实施，注重科技创新教育的设计、组织和研究，在以“创造教育”为主题的学校特色课程和品牌铸造、创建过程中，先后参与开发了1—6年级的创造教育课程体系，两套校本原创教材，承接了三项国家级和省级课题研究。每年组织、辅导学生参加市、区科技节、创新大赛、电脑机器人、三模一电、国际数棋等活动十余项。近10年时间组织带领学校师生参与各级各类科技创新赛事上百次，师生获奖千余人次，多次代表学校在国家级赛事平台进行经验交流分享，多篇文章在《中国科技教育》等科技创新刊物发表。

        As a young backbone teacher with 15 years of Party and 12 years of teaching experience, Mr. Feng Kang is now the deputy director of the school's education department. Since teaching in 2008, I have always loved my job and been keen on education. I have high standards and strict requirements for myself, and I have been striving for improvement in education and teaching. Under the guidance of the school philosophy of "creating infinite love", Mr. Feng, who is good at scientific and technological innovation, has actively participated in the guidance work of students' scientific and technological innovation activities since 2009. Over the years, he has been committed to the popularization and implementation of scientific and technological innovation work for teenagers, and paid attention to the design, organization and research of science and technology innovation education. In the process of school characteristic curriculum and brand casting and creation with "creative education" as the theme, he has successively participated in the development of creative education curriculum system for Grades 1-6, two sets of school-based original textbooks, and undertaken three national and provincial research projects. Every year, we organize and help students participate in more than ten activities such as city, district science and technology festival, innovation competition, computer robot, three modules, one electricity and international chess. In the past 10 years, the school has organized and led teachers and students to participate in various scientific and technological innovation competitions at all levels for more than 100 times. Teachers and students have won more than 1000 awards. On behalf of the school's national level competition platform, experience exchange and sharing have been carried out. Many articles have been published in science and technology innovation journals such as China Science and technology education.
