单玢玢，安徽省蚌埠市固镇县城关镇第一小学教师，自从2017年参加工作以来，我一直认认真真，勤勤恳恳，努力工作。对待工作，我尽职尽责，在教学中尤其注重培养学生良好思想品德的形成；对待学生，我关心爱护学生，尊重学生人格，平等公正的对待每一位学生，对学生要求严格耐心指导，促进学生全面主动健康发展。工作这些年，我努力工作和不断学习，但是教学方法仍不是很成熟。所以，我会经常反思自己，学习教学设计，以及参加各种教研教学活动，吸取别人的经验和优点，进而总结出自己的想法。

Since I started to work in 2017, I have been conscientious, diligent and hard working.As for my work, I am conscientious and pay special attention to the formation of students' good ideology and moral character in teaching.As for my students, I care about them, respect their personality, equal and fair treatment of every student, strict patient guidance for them and promote the overall initiative and healthy development of them. In these years of work, I have worked hard and kept learning, but my teaching methods are still not very mature. Therefore, I will often reflect on myself, learn teaching design, and participate in various teaching and research activities to absorb the experience and advantages of others, and then summarize my own ideas.
