张舒婷，毕业于清华大学美术学院，2012年任东北师大附中朝阳学校美术教师，担任备课组长，学校重点社团指导教师，19年任东坝学区美术学科教研组长。多次获得优秀教学，优质校本课，优秀社团指导奖。

教师是学生心灵的塑造者。因此，我时刻以"德高为师，身正为范"这八个字提醒自我。坚持“育人为本、德育为先”。在教学中，无私奉献、以德立教，把“爱”和“美”贯穿在平时的一点一滴一言一行，塑造每颗纯洁心灵的。

在教学中，立足专业，积极创新：在“朝阳区初中教师基本功展示活动中获得区一等奖”；在北京市教育学会举办的“第一届青年教师教学基本功展评活动中，获市一等奖”。教学课例在18年北京市美术学科教学成果展中获市级课例一等奖。

以活动引领，促显性成果形成：指导学生参加各类比赛，获得优异成绩。学生获全国奖五项，其中三项获一等奖；市级各类比赛获奖五项，区艺术节等各类比赛获奖十二项。总获奖人数260多人，其中一等奖100多人。带领的社团为学校获得优秀文创学校称号。

以研究为本，不断反思探索创新，论文多次在全国市级比赛中获奖，并在国家级期刊发表；作为核心组成员参与北京市研究课题。

Zhang Shuting, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University. In 2012, I servedas an art teacher in the Chaoyang High School Attached To Northeast Normal University. I was a lesson preparation team leader and  instructor of key clubs in the school. In 2019, I served as the head of the teaching and research group of the art discipline of Dongba School District. During this period, I won the Excellent Teaching Award, the Excellent School-based Course Award, and the Excellent Association Guidance Award for many times.

Teachers are the shapers of students' hearts.     Therefore, I always remind myself with the motto "Let those who have virtues as teachers, let those who have integrity as role-models.", and adhere to the principle of "Education first, moral education ahead." In teaching, I devote myself selflessly, insisting on teaching  by virtue, and putting "love" and "beauty" through every word and deed in my daily life, to shaping every pure soul.

In teaching, building on the profession, I actively innovate,and won the District First Prize in the "Chaoyang District Junior High School Teachers' Basic Skills Exhibition". I alsowon the city's First Prize in the "First Young Teachers' Basic Skills Exhibition and Evaluation Activity held by the Beijing Education Society”. My teaching example won the First prize of municipal lesson example in the 18th Beijing Art Teaching Achievement Exhibition.

To promote students' accomplishments, I guide students to participate in various competitions. Together, we have achieved excellent results. In particular, my students won five national awards, of which three won first prizes; five won in municipal competitions and 12 won in district art festivals. The total number of winners is more than 260, including morethan 100 first prizes. The association led by me won the title of 'excellent cultural and creative school'.

Over the past years, I insisted on researching, reflecting, exploring, and innovating. My papers, won many prizes in municipal competitions, are also published in national journals.

In the meanwhile, I participated in Beijing project research as a core team member.
