潘涛，新疆沙湾县第一中学高级教师，自1992年工作以来一直从事一线教育教学工作，有着二十多年班主任工作经历，多次获得学校优秀班主任，获自治区级优秀指导教师、优秀辅导员；致力于高中数学教育教学的课堂教学的研究，致力于青年教师的培养与提高，近期相关论文发表于当代中学生报等。

一直从事高中数学的教育教学工作，致力于青年教师的培养，2017年5月，新丝路六校联盟讲课大赛中，指导魏程获得一等奖；2018年9月，新疆高中数学青年教师讲课大赛中，指导魏程老师讲课获一等奖，被评为优秀指导教师；指导周琳娜老师说课获二等奖。2019年9月，六地六校“同课异构”讲课大赛中，指导张雪老师获一等奖，被评为优秀指导教师。2020年5月，新疆高中数学青年教师视频课大赛，指导周琳娜老师讲课获三等奖。2020年沙湾县中小学数学说题优秀评委。

积极致力于教育教学改革，大胆创新，实施小组合作交流式课堂教学，敢于放手引导学生设计创新式学习。2020年10月参加第七届创新名师孵化大赛。

数学备课组长，致力于教育教研工作，2020年10月获沙湾县教研标兵；2020年10月参加新疆教育科学研究院的主题教研活动大赛，《以研促青年教师修炼》获自治区二等奖。

Pan Tao, a senior teacher of Shawan No.1 Middle School in Xinjiang, has been engaged in front-line teaching since 1992. Having been more than 20 years' work experience as a headteacher,I was awarded excellent headteachers in the school, excellent tutors and excellent counselors at the autonomous region level for many times; Recently, relevant papers have been published in Contemporary Middle School Students' Newspaper. Most importantly, I have made contributions to the high school mathematics education teaching research, being committed to the cultivation of young teachers.

In May 2017, Wei Cheng instructed by me won the first prize in the lecture contest of six schools on the new Silk Road; In September 2018, Miss Wei was awarded the first prize again and the second prize for Zhou Linna in the lecture contest for young mathematics teachers in Xinjiang senior high school; meanwhile,I was also awarded the excellent instructor; in September 2019,  Zhang Xue was given the first prize and I was awarded the excellent instructor in the "heterogeneous forms for the same subject" of the lecture competition of six prefectures and six schools. In May 2020, the young teacher Zhou Linna was outstanding for the third prize instructed by me in the video class competition of young mathematics teachers in Xinjiang senior high school .In 2020,  I was once regarded as the excellent judge in Shawan County Primary and secondary school mathematics presentation.

Actively devoting to education and teaching reform, making a bold innovation, implementing change for cooperation and exchanging of classroom teaching are my excellent personalities ,which make me play a significant role in senior high school mathematics teaching. In October 2020 , I took part in the 7th incubation competition of famous innovative teachers.

I have been serving as the head of teaching and research, devoted to carry on teaching research.In October 2020, I participated in the theme teaching and research competition of Xinjiang Academy of Educational Science, and won the second prize of autonomous region level.
