沈婷，云南省安宁中学地理教师，毕业于云南师范大学地理科学专业，昆明市“教坛新秀”荣誉称号。曾多次参加国家、省、市级教学技能大赛并荣获佳绩，获得第四届创新型名师孵化大赛全国决赛一等奖；2019全国中学地理教研成果评比大赛二等奖；第八届全国品牌故事演讲比赛昆明赛区二等奖；云南省课标解读及板书设计大赛二等奖；昆明市互动课堂教学课例大赛二等奖；昆明市自制教具大赛二等奖；安宁市信息技术与学科课程整合课堂教学竞赛一等奖；安宁市“优课名师”称号等。所撰写的多篇论文获得省市级荣誉，论文《新课程背景下讲授法在七年级地理学科中的有效应用》、《课堂活起来 师生共学习》发表于国家级核心刊物《中学地理教学参考》，《中国四大地理区域划分说课稿》发表于《中国创新人才的培养与评价实践》。积极参与了昆明市教育科学研究“十一五”规划课题《初中地理教材文字与图像系统“图表化”解析研究》、昆明市小课题《合作学习在初中区域地理教学中的实践研究》，努力让自己成为一名“实践+研究”型教师。
