周晓唯，陕西师范大学国际商学院教授，博士生导师。陕西省优秀中青年法学家，兼任中国行为法学会金融法律行为研究会副会长。教育与可持续发展智库理事。
Xiaowei Zhou is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the International
Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. He has the title of Outstanding
Young And Middle-aged Jurist in Shaanxi Province,and he is also the vice
president of the Financial Legal Behavior Research Association of the China
Behavioral Law Society. Member of EASDT Council.
